Junior Data Scientist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop models using Python or R.
• Work with relational databases using SQL.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and XGBoost.
• Create data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Utilize big data tools such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Apply deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Develop end-to-end data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Implement MLOps practices and CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience in MLOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in developing end-to-end pipelines in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience with forecasting techniques.

Benefits & Perks

• Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
