Junior Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Craft on-brand creative content across multiple deliverable types.
• Produce digital and print production assets in support of creative and marketing teams.
• Ensure that end products meet defined technical and quality standards for artwork preparation.
• Update and/or maintain client-specific design templates and brand guidelines.
• Assist in organizing, archiving and maintaining creative templates and assets.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Support website testing/QA and manage relationships with printing, photography, retouching, and digital creative partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or a similar field from a regionally accredited 4-year college or graduate program.
• Portfolio showcasing skills in core design principles, typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the creative process and production techniques for print and web.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Teachable attitude, collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and curiosity about new techniques and trends.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
