About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves ensuring a seamless and engaging digital customer journey by supporting the strategy, development, and execution of digital touchpoints, specifically focusing on the homepage and site calendar for the business.att.com experience across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital, user experience, e-commerce analytics, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the homepage calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant content updates.
  • Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the homepage, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion progression.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the digital experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to integrate digital marketing campaigns with the overall digital experience, supporting marketing goals and driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Act as a digital experience advocate, promoting a customer-centric approach across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify key performance indicators and metrics that drive business success.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams and business teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys and improve progression from upper funnel experiences, ultimately improving performance and driving digital sales growth across AT&T's ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital experiences across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize digital experiences.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, Fullstory or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including content management systems (CMS), analytics platforms, and UX/UI design software.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform design and strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Skilled at prioritizing initiatives that deliver the most significant impact.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce analytics and project management.

Qualifications
