About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support and own Document Collaboration Capabilities for Commercial Banking and Corporate Investment Banking lines of business. This role will include Document Collaboration capabilities conception to strategy, definition to go-to market, post launch monitoring and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital document capabilities including business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise.
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning.
  • Requires strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals across Product, Experience design and Technology to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, emerging capabilities, existing pain points, etc. to inform the strategy.
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, product owners, vendors, project managers and delivery team companywide.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in building presentations and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems, design, or build strategy.
  • Experience in using Jira and Confluence to track, prioritize and deliver initiatives.
  • Ability to remain focused on value driven initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • Prior Experience in Digital products and/or Data and Document Collaboration technology.
  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives.
