Support the product owners in creating manageable Epics and Features.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Review and analyze complex major product lines and services. Champion effective rollouts by acting as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned solutions. May lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements, projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.
  • Product Management Support: Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose initiatives to enhance product enablement. Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Scrum teams.

  • Agile Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application to product development.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for project management and knowledge sharing.
  • Risk Management: Lead with a risk mindset, oversee risk management to meet deliverables, drive new initiatives, and help make decisions in complex, multi-faceted situations considering global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact.
