About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Java FullStack Developer. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; build applications, interfaces between applications, understand data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. They will contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability. The position involves guiding and mentoring the team during build and test phases, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and coordinate day-to-day deliverables for the team.
Assist in the technical design of large business systems.
Build applications and interfaces between applications.
Understand data security, retention, and recovery processes.
Research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions.
Contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards.
Contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability.
Guide and mentor team members during build and test phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in core Java.
Experience in Angular and React.

Nice to Have

Experience in Java/J2EE technologies for 4 to 8 years.
Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Webservices.
Knowledge of webservices, REST services, JSP, and JavaScript.
Experience with AngularJS, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS.
Experience with enterprise web servers such as WebSphere or JBoss.
Experience in the software development life cycle and project lifecycle activities.
Willingness to work in application/production support.
Experience in banking domain.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
