Lead Network Project - Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand, communicate, and enhance the impact of network processes on business operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements that align with AT&T's strategic priorities.
• Analyze network outages and production issues, assess business and customer impacts, and coordinate effective responses and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the rollout of new projects and initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and impacts.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage programs that introduce new technologies, process enhancements, and communication strategies to advance AT&T's business objectives.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive reports and documentation on outages, performance, and improvement initiatives for stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-focused communications.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
