About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. You will play a crucial role as you join our team to design, develop and manage activities for AT&T Internet Air fixed wireless product offerings tailored to our Consumer segment, through the next phase of growth and lifecycle management. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including driving our product vision into a multi-year product roadmap, scaling the product across various channels, driving operational excellence with partner organizations, and delivering executive summaries of key business metrics and financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines and drives product vision, strategy, and initiatives to grow customers, revenue, and margin.
  • Prepare executive presentation materials that discuss product performance metrics and key financials against product strategy and roadmap.
  • May be responsible for developing financial models and business cases to support capital funding requests for new product features and enhancements.
  • Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products or features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results.
  • Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services.
  • Partner cross-functionally across the organization, including business, network, technology, UX, legal, regulatory, marketing, pricing, and finance teams, to design or modify products, offers, promotions and other product enhancements for market launch.
  • Create product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans.
  • May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and requests for funding through the capital process.
  • Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance.
  • As the Product Owner, provide operational channel support for Sales Channel Partners and Wireline Transformation Partners and drive escalations for technology teams to resolve customer and sales-impacting issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with financial models and building business cases.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective product strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including detail-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of broadband and wireless industry.
  • Experience working across various sales channels (e.g., Retail, Customer Care, Digital).
  • Experience working with Technology and Network partner teams (e.g., CTX).
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
