About the Role

Lead 5G Innovation and Product Strategy at AT&T. AT&T is transforming the business landscape through groundbreaking 5G innovation. As a key member of the Business Wireless product team, you will champion the development and launch of innovative 5G wireless network solutions, cutting-edge business devices, and value-added services that redefine connectivity and business potential. Your strategic vision and product expertise will be crucial to securing AT&T's position as a market leader and unlocking new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive product strategy from ideation through launch, including market sizing, capital investment justification, and partnership with technology development teams.
Own the P&L and lifecycle strategy for advanced network solutions with a focus on disruptive 5G innovation.
Translate evolving customer needs into visionary service requirements that leverage cutting edge technology capabilities.
Maintain a dynamic product roadmap that aligns with emerging 5G trends and business objectives.
Manage capital budgets effectively, prioritizing high-impact features and innovation tradeoffs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology development, pricing, finance, digital, and sales to deliver cohesive, market-leading 5G solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Deep knowledge of 5G technology.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for bringing transformative wireless offerings to market.
