The Lead Product Manager, Digital Operations role is responsible for developing and leading the execution of JD Finish Line's digital experiences roadmaps, focused on driving conversion and revenue. This role acts as the Product Owner for the Digital Operations team, owning backlog and prioritization of key commerce initiatives, managing A/B testing programs, and identifying, defining, creating, and validating digital experiences to foster digital growth, improve customer experience, and develop business tools. The leader will continuously revisit product strategy in response to industry shifts and customer behaviors, embodying JD Finish Line's core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility.
