About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and adaptable Chief of Staff to support the Consumer Marketing leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and excels at driving alignment across teams and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and progress is tracked across key initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage leadership communications, strategic readouts, and planning sessions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent messaging across teams.
  • Serve as a connector across internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain key documentation and contacts to support seamless collaboration.
  • Support people and culture initiatives including onboarding, recognition programs, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Maintain rhythm of team check-ins, pulse surveys, and informal leadership touchpoints.
  • Help foster a transparent, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Ownership of headcount planning, budget tracking, and resource allocation in partnership with HR and Finance.
  • Support organizational transitions and ensure continuity across evolving priorities.
  • Provide oversight and coordination for strategic projects and cross-functional efforts.
  • Ensure timely execution and alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership and manage strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in organizational planning and change management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in product marketing or related fields.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification in some areas
