About the Role

Overall Purpose: Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, effectiveness of current marketing and sales programs, and the feasibility of new products. Utilize statistical tools to interpret data, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Create detailed reports summarizing research outcomes and present these findings to marketing management and other stakeholders, utilizing clear visual aids to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing management to develop and refine marketing plans and programs based on research insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Provide expert consultation at all levels of marketing to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities and assess departmental improvements for enhanced marketing information and effectiveness.
  • Perform additional tasks such as continuous monitoring of market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and other duties to support marketing and research functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Ability to analyze market data and interpret statistical information.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for presenting research findings.
  • Experience in developing and refining marketing strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with launch strategies and marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of market research tools and techniques.
  • Leadership experience or mentoring skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
