About the Role

As a Lead Project Engineer in Aerospace Flight Management Systems at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams across different countries to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
7+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
Must be a U.S. Person, which includes U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or having protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or ability to obtain export authorization
