About the Role

Our Full-Stack Engineers are responsible for turning product ideas into reality, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to architect, build, test, deliver, and refine innovative agentic products.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product experiences, iterating on features from data acquisition and transformation all the way through user interactions.
Develop multi-step, LLM-based workflows that incorporate structured logic, memory, and context from various data sources, collaborating with UI/UX designers on agentic UX nuances.
Apply learnings in a highly dynamic, ambiguous space to deliver groundbreaking product features.
Deeply understand customer needs and partner with internal stakeholders to craft and validate new product hypotheses.
Author contributions that can be safely and automatically promoted from development to production, working closely with quality assurance and site reliability engineers, ensuring services are production-grade with logging, tracing, and metrics for monitoring.

Requirements

6-10 years in a software engineering individual contributor role.
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven record of delivering large-scale, resilient enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI development & LLM frameworks, including prompt engineering, LangChain / LangGraph, LLM reasoning, RAG, vector embeddings, and knowledge graphs.
Proficiency with backend technologies: Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, neo4j.
Proficiency with frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS.
Understanding of responsive/adaptive design, HTTP, WebSockets, and browser APIs.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Skaffold, OpenTelemetry, CI/CD, and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2.0).
Knowledge of web application and networking security (OWASP).

Nice to Have

Experience working with LLMs through prompt engineering, LangChain / LangGraph, and integrating LLM-based reasoning.
Familiarity with knowledge graphs and vector embeddings.
Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
