Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the value stream in delivering in collaboration with other Value Stream leads, including participating in value stream events, process improvement initiatives, and optimization efforts to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving the definition and execution of project and program activities, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, while advocating for the organization's best interests.
  • Applying software development process experience to guide project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reviewing project metrics and documentation, including flow metrics, backlogs, project plans, and meeting minutes, and providing regular progress updates.
  • Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, engineering teams, and customer support, to clarify expectations.
  • Analyzing complex challenges during project execution, identifying root causes, and developing innovative solutions.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements, participating in retrospectives, and implementing best practices.
  • Managing cross-team dependencies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Fostering an outcome-based culture through leadership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Taking ownership of program initiatives from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role with a successful track record in delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand technical issues and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
  • Ability to perform in a hybrid-office role requiring three or more days per week in the office.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS environments.
  • Ability to leverage a customer-centric perspective to represent customer needs.
  • Creative, results-driven problem solver with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Continuous learner with the ability to ask relevant questions and incorporate feedback.
  • Experience with Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in technical program management.
