The Lead Technical Program Manager role is responsible for implementing, improving, supporting, and leading the processes, strategies, and tools for the assigned technical business or functional area, providing input and expertise by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design and implement processes into the technical organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration.
  • Support the technical organization by understanding processes, procedures, tools, applications, and systems.
  • Support areas such as internal processes including creation and management of policies, process improvement and transformation, tool deployment, and Agile methodology.
  • Oversee financial modeling, analysis, business case preparation, and review.
  • Manage compliance and assurance activities including audit and compliance review, vendor management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting through metrics, scorecards, performance analysis, and gap identification.
  • Coordinate infrastructure programs, manage roadmaps, and assist in strategic and tactical planning.
  • Manage resource workflows, project estimations, and work entry management.
  • Create leadership presentation materials, oversee corporate-wide projects, and perform Chief of Staff duties for a technical leader.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT troubles and defects, including problem resolution and recovery activities.
  • Work across multiple internal and external organizations as needed.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 5-8+ years of experience in technology development or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in large technical program management, analytics, and automation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as PowerBI or similar is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of technical processes and business needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to lead process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analyst nanodegree preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Educational background in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-scale technical program management and analytics tools.
