About the Role

Arlington Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant with strong digital marketing and social media skills to be the first point of contact for prospective residents, manage leasing processes, and enhance community visibility online through social media campaigns and reputation management. The role combines resident relations with innovative marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and promote the property both onsite and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain leasing options.
  • Manage the full leasing process from introduction to move-in, including paperwork, applications, and deposits.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish social media campaigns to promote the property, drive leads, and boost engagement.
  • Maintain and optimize the Google Business Profile to ensure accurate, appealing information and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Monitor, engage with, and respond to online reviews and comments across platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Partner with the Community Manager to track occupancy trends and recommend marketing strategies.
  • Support resident relations and retention efforts, including events and community activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience running social media campaigns (organic and/or paid).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.) and Google Business Profiles.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and online.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
