Global Payments
The Lifecycle Marketing Automation Manager at Global Payments is responsible for building and executing programs that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty across the customer journey. This role focuses on optimizing communication channels such as email, push notifications, and SMS to enhance customer experience and maximize customer lifetime value for direct and partner merchant customers globally. The position reports to the director of lifecycle marketing and involves working within the US partnerships activation team to develop multi-channel lifecycle programs and improve customer journeys.
