New Member Journey Marketing Supervisor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise NMJ daily operations expectations within their assigned area
• Recruit, train, and develop representatives
• Ensure locations are staffed at expectations
• Effectively manage schedule and PTO requests
• Meet and exceed site penetration levels at all sites
• Strong partnership and collaboration with Quality Assurance Representatives to achieve maximum penetration
• Consistently host meetings with all associates to gain feedback and modify best practices
• Perform ongoing training, coaching sessions and performance appraisals
• Ensure end-of-day and weekly report outs to Leadership by set deadlines
• Monitor collateral inventory at sites
• Complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
• Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Experience in training, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to meet deadlines for reporting
• Knowledge of inventory management and compliance procedures
