About the Role

We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for delivering business outcomes. If you're passionate about building marketing and monetization tech platforms at scale that deliver delightful customer journeys and are also key enablers for business growth, we would love to have you join our team. The role is responsible for leading GTM Tech TPM team to drive Go-To-Market Tech initiatives across Intuit. This role is also expected to drive a step-change improvement within their team across various program management craft skills such as leading change, strategic impact, execution rigor, domain expertise, enabling scale and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with a clear vision—Define success and galvanize the team around it. Align on and prioritize what is most important.
  • Build a High performance Culture—Lead and develop a team of high caliber program managers creating an environment where they can do the best work of their lives. Develop people to accelerate performance.
  • Drive winning Results—Align, motivate and engage talent to deliver exceptional outcomes for Intuit top priorities. Make fast data driven decisions and take extreme ownership of outcomes.
  • Focus strategically—Work collaboratively with VP+ leaders to drive the project/program and overall strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes. Understand industry trends, company strategy, and how the program fits into the overall strategy. Identify decision points, drive discussions, assess options, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead change—Generate broad executive support for the program/portfolio. Partner with leadership to foster a culture of open communication, constructively debate, and information sharing. Evangelize change and develop mechanisms to monitor organizational pulse during change, addressing friction and developing action plans.
  • Enable scale—Define and implement program/portfolio framework best practices that are repeatable and promote continuous improvement. Drive areas of improvement across projects and work with stakeholders to enable cross-company acceleration. Coach and mentor program managers to grow their skills.
  • Domain expertise—Navigate multiple program areas with ease, leveraging experience to accelerate outcomes, predict challenges, and prevent failures. Apply appropriate SDLC methodologies to programs and deliver operational excellence. Identify and leverage expertise in others to reach solutions.
  • Deliver programs—Develop and execute high-quality plans organized into manageable components. Use data to assess progress and outcomes, communicate insights to stakeholders, and establish mechanisms for risk and issue management with recommended response plans.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Program Management and 5 years of experience managing program teams in a technology environment.
  • Strong technology background, preferably with direct software development experience.
  • Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 10+ years planning and leading a strategy and portfolio of programs or a large complex program.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level and above within a matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams to deliver the best outcomes of programs.
  • Expertise in building tech platforms such as MarTech, personalization, privacy, commercialization, and Agentic AI implementations.
  • Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred.
