Manager Analytics & Reporting (multiple openings) - IHM

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and audit-readiness with regard to all applicable Procedures, Standards, and Policies as well as with any relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage data from internal and external sources necessary to support reporting and analytic activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Six years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Intelligence Analyst-related occupation.
• Experience in data model automation and process transformation using Python and Matplotlib.
• Experience with executive risk analytics, issue lifecycle analytics, and anomaly detection frameworks using Tableau and Snowflake.
• Experience with issue triage data integration frameworks using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with ServiceNow risk analytics and process automation.
• Experience with enterprise risk analytics and data quality management using SQL, Python, and Power Query.
• Experience with machine learning-driven risk analytics platforms using NLP.
• Experience with issue resolution time optimization engines using XGBoost, Pyspark, scikit-learn, and Airflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with market competitive total compensation packages.
