The role of Manager, Client Delivery (Media Measurement/Analytics) involves working closely with client leadership to ensure results delivery and high client satisfaction, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, client relationship management, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help ensure projects run to time and scope, especially if responsible for specific elements such as brands or markets.
  • Follow quality assurance processes to ensure results are accurate and implement improvements to the process.
  • Use data and analytics skills to create a compelling overarching story and present insights to clients.
  • Explain complex insights at a simple, impactful level to a client audience, demonstrating strong data storytelling skills.
  • Guide clients through Gain Theory Interactive platform and its modules, managing access and permissions.
  • Follow Gain Theory Operational Excellence processes and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Drive profitable growth for clients and work as part of the team to realize opportunities.
  • Understand and lead the value capture process to demonstrate client and company value.
  • Implement ideas to improve efficiency, adjust pricing structures, or drive growth impacting client and Gain Theory profitability.
  • Manage project scope and prevent scope creep, escalating only when necessary.
  • Support plans to improve client satisfaction and focus on specific areas to enhance overall client experience.
  • Track and manage stakeholder relationships, growing the network at client and partner levels.
  • Identify and highlight risks early, supporting risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of all Gain Theory solutions and communicate high-level solutions to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with client industries, key trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay informed about the marketing effectiveness industry and Gain Theory’s position within it.
  • Live and promote Gain Theory values, acting as an inspiration for the team.
  • Potentially act as a mentor for other team members.
  • Identify and address challenges related to team satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Facilitate collaborative learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, client relationship management, and data analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing effectiveness and analytics industry.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics insights and present them clearly to clients.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Gain Theory solutions and the ability to discuss them at a high level.
  • Understanding of client industries, key trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with operational excellence processes and quality assurance.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing mix modeling, attribution, and behavioral sciences.
  • Experience in mentoring or team leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of Gain Theory Interactive platform and modules.
  • Understanding of client profitability and value tracking.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in project management, client management, and data analytics.
