The Manager of Creative Operations - Brand Social is responsible for establishing and maintaining the efficient flow of work throughout the Creative Department, focusing on social creative channels, and working closely with Creative Management and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on scope, plan, timing, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish comprehensive project plans for Creative teams to deliver work in social and digital channels including organic, paid social, and OLV projects.
  • Manage, support, and develop a small Creative Operations team in leading day-to-day operations, project management, and reporting of status across the groups for creative development, production, and delivery.
  • Lead project planning, briefings, and kickoffs, ensuring all creative deliverables are sufficiently planned, adequately resourced, and have clearly defined deliverables.
  • Manage communications between in-house Creative teams and creative agencies to support the creative development process and facilitate a frictionless process.
  • Lead effective communication of project status and timing, adjusting as needed to ensure high-quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with Creative Management to plan resources, budgets, project timelines, and communicate changes or updates as issues arise.
  • Identify and implement tools and technology for tracking, developing, and delivering creative assets across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and design teams to develop standardized and optimized systems for project management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in creative operations, creative services, project management, or agency production in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
  • Experience working with marketing and/or production agencies across various projects and channels; video experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of creative workflow models and project management tools including Microsoft Office, Workfront, Monday.com, and others.
  • Proven ability to lead, grow, and develop teams in a creative environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or general management.
  • Highly organized with outstanding problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative nature with a passion for improving and elevating processes and driving solutions.
  • Experience working in a hybrid working environment.

  • Experience with video projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or general management.

  • The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $115,000.00 per year with the opportunity for additional compensation pursuant to the company's bonus plan.
