Manager, Data Science and Analytics (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy analytics models and reporting tools supporting SIOP, Materials, and Operations functions.
• Execute projects focused on improving operational processes through analytics-driven insights.
• Utilize and maintain enterprise analytics platforms including SAP, Tableau, Alteryx.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions meet user requirements and business objectives.
• Facilitate user feedback sessions and manage iterative improvements of analytics tools and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing analytics support to key stakeholders including SIOP teams, Materials Management, and Operations Leads.
• Assist with digital transformation initiatives, focusing on data integration, integrity, and availability.
• Maintain and improve SharePoint repositories to streamline reporting and enhance data accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with Data Governance and Master Scheduling teams to ensure data quality and alignment with analytics standards.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience in developing and deploying data analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as SAP, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate), and Excel.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake or Azure Data Cloud.
• Project coordination and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, with experience collaborating across functional teams.

Qualifications
