Manager Facilities Analytics & Reporting

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to structure analysis to develop and present insights.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals, develop analysis, visuals and performance metrics.
• Present results and recommendations to all levels of leadership.
• Translate data reviews into clear action plans.
• Investigate outliers, detect patterns and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ year relevant analytics experience.
• Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources.
• Experience building user friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience in SQL programming.
• Ability to apply strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions.
• Advanced presentation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Facility Management processes and work order platforms.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and follow through with commitments.
