About the Role

The Manager, Factory Brand Social and Influencer at J. Crew Group, Inc. is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and grow engagement across multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with creative teams, overseeing social media campaigns, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to support the brand's goals and vision. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement holistic social media strategy to align with brand goals and vision.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts and campaigns, ensuring appropriate brand voice and consistency.
  • Create and manage the monthly social editorial calendar including sales objectives and initiatives.
  • Develop actionable plans to grow and maintain followers across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness and support store footprint growth.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and team on campaign content and pre-planning content by quarter.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using marketing measurements and social media analytics tools.
  • Monitor competition and stay aware of market changes and developments.
  • Act as an advocate for social, digital, and emerging media integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA) required.
  • Social Media Manager experience ideally within Fashion or Retail.
  • Advanced knowledge of social, digital, and new media platforms, including technology and customer experience.
  • Expertise in how social media drives foot traffic.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools.
  • Experience in fashion or retail industries.
  • Knowledge of social media listening and analytics tools.
