About the Role

The Manager, Integrated Marketing (New Verticals) role at DoorDash involves leading cross-functional marketing initiatives to grow new business verticals such as DashMart. Key Responsibilities

  • Thrive as the central liaison between Marketing teams, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, Analytics and other departments to build and execute on a holistic and integrated marketing strategy
  • Lead Affordability marketing initiatives E2E from brief to creative and media/channel reviews, to results across influencer programs, paid media strategies, A/B tests, partnerships, in-app marketing, etc.
  • Create marketing strategies to increase customer spend, retention, and convey affordability initiatives in a compelling way
  • Help define and prioritize requirements for key cross-functional initiatives, working cross-functionally to identify solutions, serving as the subject matter expert / liaison for partner organizations during planning
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations and key cross-functional Marketing leads to set the right goals and KPIs for each campaign, and work with marketing partners to create integrated plans to achieve these goals
  • Support new business lines and expansion opportunities, such as DashMart, by advocating for and unlocking marketing resourcing and budgets
  • Communicate with cross-functional partners on the status and progress of initiatives, track performance metrics, report progress, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
  • Track marketing initiatives and performance metrics across functions, report progress, develop processes, and identify risks with mitigation strategies
  • Build models and frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting
  • Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional leads to build and deliver investment requests and planning headcount deliverables

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in B2C marketing, preferably with a mix of paid/growth marketing
  • 2 or more years in consulting or operations is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills required; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational experience, including tracking calendars, setting DRIs, and following up to hit goals
  • Demonstrated bias for action and ability to build processes and relationships across the organization
  • Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with an intuition-driven bias to action
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
