Manager - Lexus Advertising

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all launch, sustain, and sales event asset development, supporting annual priorities across all markets.
• Gain buy-in from leadership, NAAB, and internal partners for Lexus key messaging and creative content.
• Manage a team of three members and multiple agency relationships, overseeing production budgets, scope, and fees.
• Support NAAB by providing strategic counsel and insight throughout campaign development and preparing advertising presentation materials.
• Manage logistics of asset production, including pre-production, production, and post-production activities such as directing, photography, casting, shoot days, and approvals.
• Participate in consumer research, guiding agency partners in developing positioning territories for testing.
• Collaborate with LPM to develop post-research client briefs supporting product launches.
• Support Senior Manager during annual planning by developing strategic positioning and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment for content development supporting campaigns and sales events.
• Develop and track campaign performance metrics with BA and Consumer Insights.
• Lead and execute MYCO Content development to ensure creative alignment with Lexus messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher).
• Solid experience in related marketing and/or advertising.
• Ad agency management experience.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, market analysis, problem solving, and relationship building.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Strategic reasoning and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

• MBA or master's degree in a relevant field.
