Manager - Local Marketing Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute an effective operational process for speed to execution within the local marketing team
• Cross-functionally collaborate across our internal teams ensuring timely launches
• Be responsible for communicating key operational updates with the leadership team
• Understand business performance and ROI for initiatives executed within the organization
• Lead a local marketing support team including local marketing creative execution, co-op programs and fleet management operations
• Responsible for key status updates, escalations and optimizations to drive the team to success

Requirements

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience
• Previous industry experience in prepaid/postpaid wireless industry a plus
• Go-To-Market & Project management experience is highly desired
• MBA preferred
• Excellent project management skills focused on driving efficient operational execution of local marketing needs
• Skilled at executing and analyzing performance data
• Highly skilled at executive communications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects
• Collaborative work style with internal departments such as Real Estate, Channel Expansion, Brand, Creative, and Sales Operations
• Proactive in suggesting process improvements and cost reductions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail

Nice to Have

• Experience in the wireless industry
• Experience with Go-To-Market strategies and project management
• MBA degree

Qualifications

• Educational background with an MBA preferred
• Experience in marketing operations and wireless industry
