About the Role

The Manager, Marketing is responsible for managing marketing projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and leveraging marketing principles and best practices to support organizational objectives. The role involves working under supervision while providing guidance to team members and making decisions that impact broader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverages knowledge of Marketing principles, best practices, and applicable market research to manage projects and programs that deliver a return-on-investment.
  • Collaborates with senior management to resolve administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of project and program objectives.
  • Delegates tasks to team members by meeting regularly with each team member to discuss business dynamic, develops plans to accelerate performance, and predicts future outlooks.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerned with designated projects.
  • Acquires knowledge on marketing strategy, marketing program guidance, and sales by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks within and outside the organization.
  • Writes, rewrites and/or edits marketing/sales campaigns and programs, business results, and trends with some supervision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing, product marketing, or strategy experience with content/software, edge or cloud technologies and a demonstrated interest in fast changing, leading technologies.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end B2B campaign ownership.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment across functions (e.g., creative teams, legal, marketing, partnerships, BU).
  • Familiarity with Adobe AEM, Workfront, Figma, Marketo, Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of related experience.
  • OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe AEM, Workfront, Figma, Marketo, Salesforce/CRM platforms.
  • Content marketing.
  • Advertising or media Agency / content vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
