About the Role

The Manager, Marketing Operations & Performance at Caseware will lead and manage the global Marketing Technology stack to ensure the tools and technology used by the global Marketing team drives efficiency and continuously improves marketing processes such as database health, lead processing, marketing automation, campaign execution, reporting, and KPI monitoring. This role involves maintaining data integrity, building and managing reporting systems, implementing new technology with proper training, and optimizing existing systems to eliminate errors and risks. The position supports modern marketing at scale by activating, integrating, and optimizing technology, workflows, and best practices. The role is full-time and can be remote in the US or hybrid in Toronto, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and maintain a database enrichment program to clean, organize, segment, and optimize the Marketing automation platform, HubSpot.
  • Serve as the primary global administrator for HubSpot, supporting regional and international teams.
  • Manage system workflows, address errors, and introduce new processes to improve operational efficiency for marketing data.
  • Manage lead import processes and workflows for efficient distribution to commercial teams.
  • Identify gaps in processes, workflows, technologies, and data, providing strategic recommendations for remediation.
  • Own customer and prospect database analysis for marketing programs leveraging data points across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain reports on database growth, health, campaign KPIs, email performance, and marketing revenue targets.
  • Create and manage dashboards and templates to standardize marketing reporting for global teams.
  • Oversee the global marketing tech stack, ensuring effective evaluation, implementation, and integration of tools.
  • Document and develop training materials, processes, updates, and best practices for team adoption.
  • Project manage the resource gathering, technology identification, vetting, and build of MarTech systems.
  • Own vendor management of technical agency partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor system access, adoption, errors, and performance, and roadmap optimization milestones.
  • Streamline lead management workflows to ensure smooth data flow between marketing campaigns and CRM systems.
  • Develop, implement, and manage lead and account scoring methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations through innovation and collaboration.
  • Facilitate accurate utilization of HubSpot including forms, templates, audits, imports, integrations, workflows, and campaigns.
  • Build, optimize, and execute global marketing emails supporting Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or data science program.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, automation, performance reporting, or related field.
  • Experience leading technology implementation projects with large teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to scale processes, workflows, and business needs while maintaining standardization.
  • 5+ years' experience as a global administrator for HubSpot managing multiple instances, integrations, and workflows.
  • HubSpot certification is required.
  • Documented experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience working with third-party BI tools to consolidate data, build reports, and dashboards is an asset.
  • Experience leading projects involving prospect journey mapping, lead flow/scoring, and nurture programs.
  • Deep analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data across various sources.
