About the Role

The Manager, Marketing Operations at LILT is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for owning and scaling the company's marketing operations function. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize the entire lead funnel from top-of-funnel acquisition through MQL to SQL handoff to increase conversion rates and velocity.
  • Leverage HubSpot to architect scalable campaigns, lead scoring, nurture flows, AI orchestration, and attribution models.
  • Partner with RevOps to manage the Salesforce workflow from new lead entry to opportunity conversion.
  • Maintain high-quality contact and lead data by working with internal tools and external vendors.
  • Align closely with revenue leadership to define pipeline goals, campaign targeting, SLAs, and lead management workflows.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns across email marketing, webinars, paid media, SEO, events, outbound motions, and ABM to meet growth targets.
  • Build a data-driven culture by forecasting, measuring, and communicating program results, optimizing ROI and CAC.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, SDRs, and sales ops to create cohesive, conversion-optimized campaigns.
  • Assist with department operations including managing campaign budgets, team meetings, activities, and annual planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML marketing operations.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, including building and scaling marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and funnel reporting frameworks.
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and using them to optimize campaign performance.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, including prompt engineering and familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Anthropic.
  • Strong focus on metrics such as MQLs, pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, velocity, CAC, and ROI.
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and stakeholders.
