Manager, Product Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and client managers, to gather and document requirements for new features or updates.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Work with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Attend demos and validate that product features meet defined requirements.
• Provide ongoing release support.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline product management workflows.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in product management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts like Prior Authorization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Familiarity with product management tools (Rally).
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
