We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering impactful media solutions, driving growth through digital marketing strategies, and inspiring clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead your team to exceed revenue goals
  • Recruit, develop, and promote top talent
  • Grow our customer base by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
  • Represent LocaliQ through networking and community involvement
  • Ensure consistent use of our sales process and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Foster long-term, consultative client relationships
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies with your team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to share wins, training, and best practices
  • Recommend training opportunities for continuous development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven success leading sales teams in a goal-driven environment
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Passion for digital and social media, with a quick learning curve
  • Experience in digital advertising/marketing is a big plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Must live within reasonable drive of our two offices in the New Jersey region

  • Experience in digital advertising/marketing
