About the Role

The Manager, Search & Analytics is responsible for leading SEO, SEM, and performance analytics across healthcare brands within Calcium+Company. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing search strategies, developing analytics dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage integrated SEO and SEM programs across healthcare client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain keyword strategies, paid search campaigns, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Own and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar SEM platforms to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with content, UX, and development teams to embed SEO into site builds, content updates, and navigation structures.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver clear, actionable insights into search performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion paths, bounce rates, and landing page performance to optimize outcomes.
  • Work with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
  • Translate complex data into compelling visual reports and strategic narratives for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with media planners, designers, and strategists to align paid and organic efforts across campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on search algorithm changes, compliance standards, and healthcare search trends.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline search management and reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience managing SEO and SEM programs, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or agency environments.
  • Proven success with Google Ads, Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush or similar tools.
  • Experience with keyword research, technical SEO audits, site structure optimization, and metadata best practices.
  • Proficient in creating search performance dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, or BI platforms.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tagging, GTM, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable presenting search insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
