As the Web & Media Analytics Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms and media channels. In this role you will lead and manage the execution of digital measurement solutions, providing technical solutions to fulfill tracking, personalization, and analytics implementation goals. You will be responsible for analyzing website performance, media campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior across channels to drive insights that will inform our digital strategy and enhance the digital guest journey. As a key member of the analytics team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Brand, Product, Commercial, and eCommerce to ensure data-driven insights drive business decisions. The ideal candidate brings a balanced skill set-strong technical proficiency in analytics tools, including troubleshooting for data integrity, paired with communications skills to translate data into clear, actionable insights for department heads. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is open to candidates based in Dallas, TX or New York City.
