About the Role

A Marketing Analytics Specialist plays a vital role in empowering organizations to make data-driven marketing decisions through the use of analytical tools and strategic insights. This position combines expertise in marketing, data analysis, and technology to help businesses enhance their campaigns, understand audience behaviors, and measure ROI effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources, including website traffic, social media, digital advertisements, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize tools like machine learning and statistical analysis to predict trends and target audiences with precision.
  • Create easy-to-digest dashboards or reports for marketing teams and stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights are communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest optimizations for campaigns, content, and budgets based on data insights.
  • Leverage software like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms to enhance analysis and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics, customer journey analytics, and campaign attribution models.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Expertise in campaign performance measurement, ROI evaluation, and marketing attribution strategies.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with the capability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
