We specialize in premium pre-owned office furniture and refurbishing services, ensuring our clients receive customized solutions that meet their needs and budgets. • Capture and distribute inbound leads within NetSuite.
  • Support walk‑in and online inquiries with excellent service and follow‑through.
  • Assist with social media management: draft and schedule posts, respond to basic inquiries, and help grow our online presence.
  • Create simple marketing collateral such as flyers, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Post and update products on online marketplaces (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn).
  • Support email marketing by preparing and sending newsletters or promotions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain marketing and customer databases in Excel and other systems.
  • Assist with light graphic design tasks and proofreading marketing content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, receptionist, or marketing support role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar).
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Experience with classified and marketplace websites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills; familiarity with basic design tools (Canva or similar) a plus.
  • Excellent organization, detail orientation, and multitasking skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva.
