About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.
• Overseeing external and internal referral management strategies, collaborating closely with Clinical Admissions Directors (CADs) for conversion processes.
• Serving as a key representative of the center within the community, driving business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.
• Managing referral generation activities.
• Conducting competitive landscape analysis.
• Engaging with the community to promote brand management.
• Managing territory and admissions processes.
• Handling benefits verifications.
• Providing leadership and team building within the department.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations (preferred).
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs, specifically incoming admissions.
