Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities.
Overseeing external and internal referral management strategies, collaborating closely with Clinical Admissions Directors (CADs) for conversion processes.
Serving as a key representative of the center within the community to drive business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.
Managing referral generation efforts and community engagement initiatives.
Conducting competitive landscape analysis and managing territory and admissions.
Handling benefits verifications and leading team building and leadership efforts.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in healthcare admissions and three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
Minimum of two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations preferred.
Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs, specifically incoming admissions.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or related fields.
Knowledge of community engagement and relationship-building strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in healthcare admissions
Three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting
Two (2) years college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations (preferred)
