Key Responsibilities
- Execute 12-15 global events annually as part of a high-performing events team, ensuring 100% on-time delivery and maintaining budget adherence within a 5% margin.
- Manage all cross-functional logistics for in-person and virtual events with strong attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and deliver monthly marketing performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to commercial and regional teams to drive strategic decision-making.
- Support and optimize regional campaign rollouts using Eloqua Marketing Automation, driving a minimum 10% year-over-year increase in lead engagement across assigned territories.
- Partner closely with regional marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts, support field sales activities, and refine strategies for maximum market impact.
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 20% globally.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lbs.
- Previous experience in general marketing and events is a plus.
