About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong background in event management to elevate our brand presence and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, professional services, or financial services. This role is instrumental in shaping our event strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes. Note: This position is hybrid in our New York office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact events aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Design immersive brand experiences that resonate with target audiences and showcase our capabilities.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing leads and global colleagues on key initiatives.
  • Build strategic partnerships to co-create impactful joint events across service lines, identify cross-selling opportunities within events.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to complete detailed event briefs and manage campaigns.
  • Modernize branded inventory in alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with Company Store inventory management and fulfillment of internal requests.
  • Develop and maintain a robust vendor network across the U.S.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to enhance event effectiveness and lead generation.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze event data to uncover trends, optimize future events, and quantify ROI.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop lead nurturing strategies and drive follow-up actions.
  • Create and manage event campaigns in Salesforce, tracking leads through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and report on event performance using Salesforce data, including invites, registrations, attendance, and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in marketing and event management, preferably within professional or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including campaign creation, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a centralized event calendar, evaluate sponsorships, and promote events across channels.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, and Eloqua.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing and event management within professional or financial services.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $50,000 to $90,000.
