About the Role

The Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager at this global technology organization plays a pivotal role in designing predictive, data-led customer journeys using Adobe Marketo. The role involves ensuring the right optical insight reaches the right audience at the right time to fuel sustainable revenue growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Adobe Marketo, including user governance, data hygiene, and documentation.
  • Design and launch lifecycle journeys, nurture streams, and personalized campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with CRM, e-commerce, and data platforms.
  • Build and refine attribution models; manage UTM taxonomy and tagging.
  • Implement AI features such as send-time optimization and anomaly detection.
  • Plan and optimize global paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards to visualize funnel metrics and campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide optimization.
  • Own and manage the global digital advertising and automation budget, including forecasting and reallocating spend.
  • Lead agile marketing operations, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience, with Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar), GA4, Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing workflows.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI features in marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years of experience with Adobe Marketo
  • Marketo Certified Expert (preferred)
