About the Role

Stefanini Group is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in Adobe Marketo for a globally recognized company. The role involves overseeing and managing the implementation of Adobe Marketo, supporting West Coast working hours, and collaborating with marketing teams to optimize marketing automation processes. The position requires a candidate with proven experience in Marketo implementations, familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, and the ability to support data privacy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the implementation of Adobe Marketo.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute automated campaigns.
  • Analyze data and optimize workflows to improve marketing performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all automation processes.
  • Support the setup and optimization of nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Integrate Marketo with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Customize Marketo Landing Pages and Email Templates using HTML/CSS.
  • Design lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels.
  • Develop engagement programs, ABM strategies, and personalization efforts.
  • Map business goals to marketing automation strategies.
  • Provide project plans, milestones, and timelines.
  • Train internal teams on Marketo best practices.
  • Create documentation such as campaign setup guides, process flows, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of Adobe Marketo implementations for B2B companies.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or higher (e.g., Marketo Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and Marketo's role within it.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo Smart Campaigns, Programs, Smart Lists, and Tokens.
  • Ability to set up and optimize nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Experience integrating Marketo with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of data governance, deduplication, and database management.
  • Understanding of Marketo Landing Page and Email Template customization (HTML/CSS).
  • Ability to align marketing automation strategies with business goals.
  • Strong communication skills for working with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels.
  • Expertise in engagement programs, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and personalization.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Marketo implementations in B2B environments.
  • Marketo certification (MCE or higher).
