Marketing Business Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Gather data from various sources (e.g. web analytics, CRM) to understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Convert data into clear and concise reports, charts, and dashboards to communicate an assortment of weekly / monthly / and annual reports analyzing sales trends.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Assess marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to inform ongoing brand strategy.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Brand, Sales, and IT to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Gather and manage content from brand team stakeholders for monthly operating rhythms; L&P, PRM, P&L and NPI.
• Work with marketing teams, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Requirements

• Proficient in the PowerBI App, Tableau, Inventory Planning Software, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and listening skills.
• Analytical ability to process sample data.
• Willingness to remain flexible and accept special requests or assignments as necessary.
• Professionalism, including a positive attitude and reputation.
