About the Role

Be part of the Marketing & Growth Organization, responsible for driving sustainable growth through understanding customers, creating compelling products and experiences, and building a culturally relevant brand. This role involves managing marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic coordination to drive optimized outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the marketing owner of the campaign to ensure successful execution of the strategic vision.
  • Develop marketing roster, manage timelines, support stakeholders to reach goals, mitigate risk, and document decisions within AT&T's workflow management tool.
  • Utilize marketing fundamentals and channels to communicate information effectively at multiple levels.
  • Ensure marketing execution is optimized at launch and find efficiencies while in market.
  • Cross analyze planning from annual to channel-specific plans to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams at working and executive levels, providing necessary information for decision-making.
  • Ensure all materials are ready within approval windows, communicate approval timelines, and improve processes.
  • Manage campaign records, alerts, variances, and timelines using workflow management tools like Adobe Workfront.
  • Identify trends to create efficiencies and partner with teams to improve processes and drive high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Experience leading strategic cross-functional coordination of large-scale marketing activities.
  • Campaign management experience across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Expert presentation and persuasion skills at the executive level.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Typically requires 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master’s degree.
  • Experience with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management tools.
  • Creative or Media Agency experience.
