About the Role

The Industries Campaign Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a global campaign framework that aligns with major industry trends and AI-powered transformation. This position will support a team in ensuring that all integrated marketing programs effectively cover the entire marketing funnel from awareness to pipeline acceleration and consumption. Success in this role will require deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing, Industry Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media, to ensure that messaging, content, and media investments are aligned for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale the Integrated Campaigns Function
  • Assist in establishing a campaign strategy planning framework that enables Field Marketing and OU teams to execute demand generation programs effectively
  • Contribute to building a new operating model that ensures global consistency while allowing for regional and OU customization
  • Help manage the campaign flighting calendar to coordinate campaign timing and priorities
  • Act as a liaison with Industry PMM teams to align messaging, positioning, and sales play mapping
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media to drive cohesive, high-impact global campaign execution
  • Oversee program management efforts by convening cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Participate in planning sessions with cross-functional teams to gather input and synthesize how the integrated marketing plan will be executed
  • Support demand generation campaigns for Industry Clouds and ensure Industry integration across solution and product campaigns
  • Support year-over-year growth in Marketing Driven Pipeline through contributions to global industry demand generation campaigns in partnership with Global Field Marketing
  • Aim for high utilization of Global Campaign programs by Field Marketing at scale
  • Build and upkeep our Industry program campaign enablement materials

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within high-performing marketing teams
  • Understanding of Solution and Industry based customer-centric marketing and trends in AI-powered transformation
  • Experience in campaign strategy, industries, vertical marketing, audience segmentation, and pipeline impact measurement
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration involving Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams
  • Experience with Tableau products for marketing performance analytics
