About the Role

The role is a senior position within the central marketing team, working across multiple brands and channels, with a focus on email marketing and direct mail. The Marketing Campaign Manager will develop and manage campaign strategies and be motivated to continue the extraordinary ongoing growth by hitting ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and delivering measurable campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Marketing Managers, by developing campaign briefs, managing execution, tracking effectiveness and adhering to budgets.
Ensuring timely campaign delivery and execution.
Driving continued improvement by evaluating successes and identifying improvement opportunities to deliver outstanding ROI to each of the brands.
Managing multiple channels and working with internal teams (Copywriters / Graphic Designers) and external agencies.
Developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
Planning and executing engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, direct mail, social media, and content marketing.
Utilising email marketing platforms and understanding ‘big data' to develop a close working relationship with the Data Team to drive lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
Implementing and driving marketing automation across the marketing department.
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics, tracking ROI, and providing regular reports to senior management.
Working closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the professional services industry.
Experience in a senior role or demonstrating readiness and motivation to take on greater responsibility.
Technical understanding of domain and server reputation management, as well as inbox placement techniques.
An autonomous, driven individual who can connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Experience with Adobe products and Monday.com would be an advantage.
