About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator works closely with sales, suppliers, and other departments to coordinate tradeshows, meetings, promotions, and other marketing activities to support profitable sales growth. The role involves functioning as a team member within the department and organization, performing duties that best serve the company, and supporting America's food distribution system through essential marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Is responsible for publication development, writing and design, market research and analysis, marketing programs, organizational publicity, promotion and advertising.
Orchestrates implementation of promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
Complete graphics projects, which may include logo design, newsletters, trade journal ads, menu design, etc.
Provide assistance with meeting/trade show preparation as needed, including possible travel to tradeshows or business meetings.
May have responsibility for managing order guide creation, printing, and distribution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
6 - 12 months graphics software experience
MS Office (PowerPoint / Excel)

Nice to Have

1 - 2 years Adobe Graphics experience
MS Office (PowerPoint / Excel) and photography skills
