About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and writing skills who is eager to contribute to the daily operations and long-term effectiveness of our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing campaign workflows, maintaining data integrity across marketing systems (such as CRM and email platforms), tracking performance metrics, and contributing to content development across digital and print channels. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in marketing tools and data analysis, and the ability to write clearly, concisely, and with purpose for a variety of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools to monitor website traffic, social media metrics, and other relevant data.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and customer value add.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email campaigns, social media updates, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Support SEO efforts through conducting keyword research and optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality and coordination of the department's activities, including some data entry.
  • Manage promotional items, including inventory management, ordering/buying, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers for specific marketing tasks, projects, or procurement needs.
  • Assist sales, marketing, and business development teams in maintaining consistent visual branding and brand voice across various assets such as slide decks, literature, and other materials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and proactively seek opportunities for professional growth through workshops or training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years' proven experience in marketing, communications, or similar role.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and content writing, including optimizing web copy for search engines and developing engaging, keyword-driven content.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and generate insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage simultaneous projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with marketing tools and data analysis.

Nice to Have

  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) experience.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud (Salesforce) or other cloud-based CRM.
